Torque Access Point eInvoicing discrepancies need to be submitted via email to helpdesk@torquesoftware.com.au.

Torque’s eInvoicing Access Point data is stored in customer-defined storage areas (or Buckets). This infrastructure creates data separation and is supported by highly available Amazon Web. The eInvoicing Access Point solution is hosted on the Amazon Web Services EC2 Cloud located in Sydney, Australia. Amazon runs many of the largest and most security-conscious sites on the internet.
